Summary: The Service Designer role at NRS involves designing and implementing IT service solutions to facilitate the transfer of IT services and support business changes. Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement IT services solutions to address the IT services transfer and business change requirements.
• Collaborate with transferring sites personnel & functions, the migration & service transition team, and primary IT Service Provider to validate solution requirements.
• Provide technical guidance and support to the migration and service transition team.
• Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with enterprise architecture and IT service management arrangements.
• Support the planning, testing, and execution of the IT services migration.
• Support the maintenance of safe, compliant, and secure business operations, and people change imperatives.
