Service Designer

Summary: As an IT Service Designer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing IT end-user migration solutions, ensuring the successful transfer and adoption of IT accounts, infrastructure, and applications. You will work closely with a migration team and engage with various stakeholders to validate solution requirements and support the planning and execution of IT services migration. Your role will also involve providing technical guidance and ensuring compliance with enterprise architecture and IT service management standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement IT services solutions for IT services transfer and business change requirements.
• Collaborate with transferring sites personnel and the migration team to validate solution requirements.
• Provide technical guidance and support to the migration and service transition team.
• Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with enterprise architecture.
• Support the planning, testing, and execution of IT services migration.
• Proactively address and escalate issues as necessary.
• Maintain safe, compliant, and secure business operations.
• Identify and share lessons learnt and implement continuous improvement activities.
