Summary: The role of Service Designer involves working with a leading insurance company to enhance their online services through strong service design and product design skills. The position is contract-based for six months with potential extensions, primarily remote with occasional on-site requirements in Manchester. The designer will focus on improving customer experiences, guiding service design initiatives, and fostering a collaborative team environment.

• Identify and solve customer and business problems using service design and product design methods.
• Provide direction for service design across products and services to enhance customer experience.
