Summary: The Service Designer role at Toyota Connected Europe focuses on enhancing the mobility experience through the development of the MyToyota app and infotainment systems. Key Responsibilities:
- Create, own and manage multiple service blueprints.
- Articulate service crossovers and key opportunities.
- Participate in the larger design community including conferences and open-source contributions.
- Work closely with product owners to shape and deliver features.
- Create experience artifacts such as personas, wireframes, flowcharts, service blueprints, and experience maps.
- Analyze and describe user goals, use cases, and workflows.
- Put accessibility, inclusion, and privacy at the heart of design thinking.
