Service Delivery Manager (Workday) - Public Sector Programme

Location: Wokingham (2-3 days per week onsite) + travel to Warwick
Duration: June 2026 - June 2027 (with potential extension)

We are currently seeking an experienced Service Delivery Manager to join a high-profile, long-term programme supporting a major public sector organisation. This is a key role within a live, multi-year engagement, acting as the primary interface between the client and delivery teams.

Role Overview

As the Service Delivery Manager, you will take ownership of day-to-day client engagement within a public sector environment, ensuring seamless service delivery while building trusted relationships across key stakeholders.

You will lead and coordinate offshore support and maintenance teams, manage service performance, and act as the escalation point within a structured, highly governed environment.

This role requires a strong understanding of public sector delivery standards, governance, and stakeholder expectations.
