Summary: The Service Delivery & Compliance Manager will oversee soft facilities services, specifically housekeeping, for university residences and a hotel in Uxbridge, London. This role requires strong leadership to maintain high service standards and ensure compliance with relevant legislation and policies. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of soft facilities services, ensuring excellence in housekeeping.
- Ensure compliance with legislation, university policies, and industry best practices.
- Lead the team to achieve the UUK Code of practice through positive leadership.
- Measure and monitor third-party service providers against agreed SLAs and KPIs.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to compliance activities.
- Provide guidance, support, and training to frontline service delivery staff.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment prioritizing customer satisfaction.
- Respond professionally to customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback.
- Assist in developing and monitoring operational budgets to maximize efficiency.
