Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow CPQ Consultant to support the implementation and configuration of Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) capabilities within the ServiceNow platform.
The consultant will work with business and technical stakeholders to understand CPQ requirements, configure the solution, and support the delivery of effective quoting and product configuration processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and implement ServiceNow CPQ solutions based on business requirements.
- Support product configuration, pricing, quoting and approval workflows within ServiceNow.
- Translate business and commercial requirements into appropriate ServiceNow configurations.
- Configure workflows, business rules and related platform components required for CPQ processes.
- Support integration of CPQ processes with relevant ServiceNow and external systems.
- Troubleshoot configuration and functional issues and support testing and deployment activities.
- Work closely with business, technical and delivery stakeholders throughout implementation.
Key Skills & Experience
- Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow CPQ / Configure, Price, Quote.
- Good understanding of product catalogue, pricing, quoting and order-related processes.
- Hands-on ServiceNow configuration and implementation experience.
- Experience with workflows, business rules and platform integrations.
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into ServiceNow solutions.
- Strong stakeholder communication and problem-solving skills.
