Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the architectural design and blueprinting of Oracle B2C Service Cloud solutions.
- Translate complex business requirements into technical specifications and solution designs.
- Understand Oracle B2C Service Cloud data model and architecture.
- Integrate Oracle B2C Service Cloud with external systems using Connect Web Services (SOAP/REST APIs).
- Manage client and vendor relationships effectively.
- Utilize SQL for data manipulation and analysis within the platform.
- Lead at least one significant digital transformation project.
Key Skills:
- 10-12 years of experience in Service Cloud (Right Now).
- Strong knowledge of Oracle B2C Service Cloud solutions.
- Experience with Connect Web Services (SOAP/REST APIs) and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
- Client management and vendor management skills.

Job Description: • Candidate with good knowledge of Service Cloud (Right Now) • Should Lead the architectural design and blueprinting of Oracle B2C Service Cloud solutions, aligning with client business objectives, best practices, and future scalability. • Translate complex business requirements into technical specifications and solution designs for Oracle B2C Service • Solid understanding of Oracle B2C Service Cloud data model and architecture. • Should have knowledge of Connect Web Services (SOAP/REST APIs) - RightNow Integration Cloud Service (ICS) / Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) • Proficiency in integrating Oracle B2C Service Cloud with external systems using Connect Web Services (SOAP/REST APIs). • Should have led at least one big digital transformation project • Good Client Management and Vendor Management skills • Familiarity with SQL for data manipulation and analysis within the platform.
