- Maintain and update control spreadsheets, uploading budgets and monitoring deadlines.
- Collaborate with property managers, auditors, and internal teams to resolve queries and support efficient account delivery.
- Manage shared inboxes, escalating issues where required.
- Contribute to process improvements and assist with ad hoc finance projects.

- Strong numeracy and analytical skills with high attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively.
