Key Responsibilities:
- Design detailed end-to-end service models for varying complexity deliveries.
- Assess current operating and governance models and define future service and transition operating models.
- Develop SLAs, KPIs, service catalogue pricing, and operational support requirements.
- Manage service-related RAID items including exclusions, constraints, and single points of failure.
- Define early life support requirements and ensure service acceptance criteria are met.
- Design and integrate service processes and tooling, writing clear documentation for operational teams.
- Work closely with the Solution Owner to ensure the overall design supports stability and efficiency.
