Working flexibly Monday to Saturday, you’ll ensure patients are managed efficiently from referral through to appointment confirmation, always maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, accuracy and care. You’ll be central to ensuring services run smoothly, supporting reception areas, processing referrals within strict timeframes, and helping the team meet key performance targets — all while delivering an exceptional patient experience.
