Key Responsibilities
- Assess application and server readiness for migration.
- Identify and resolve compatibility issues.
- Coordinate application remediation, testing, and migration activities.
- Work closely with infrastructure, security, application owners, and third-party suppliers.
- Support migration planning, cutovers, and post-migration validation.
Essential Skills
- Proven experience delivering Windows Server upgrade or migration projects.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server 2012/2016 environments.
- Experience with application migrations, remediation, and testing.
- Excellent troubleshooting and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently within a structured project environment.
