Summary: The Senior Website Content Manager will oversee website content delivery for multiple regional websites within a well-established consumer brand. This hands-on role requires collaboration with Brand Marketing and Marketing Communications teams to effectively implement campaigns online. The position demands strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The contract is for 6 months with the potential for extension, requiring on-site presence three days a week in Woking.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage BAU website content updates alongside the delivery of campaign landing pages.
- Work closely with Marketing Communications to translate campaign briefs into engaging website experiences.
- Structure content within the CMS and create simple page layouts using Figma.
- Coordinate translations and localisation across multiple regional websites.
- Manage stakeholder approvals and ensure content is delivered accurately and on time.
- Review, edit and publish website content to a consistently high standard.
- Work closely with Brand Marketing and other key business stakeholders.
- Handle multiple last-minute requests while maintaining quality and pace.
Key Skills:
- Strong experience delivering campaign websites within a large marketing function.
- Experience working in a fast-paced corporate environment, ideally within FMCG, consumer goods, retail, automotive or another large consumer-facing business.
- Experience managing multilingual or regional websites.
- Strong CMS experience (any enterprise CMS considered).
- Experience using Figma (Miro is advantageous).
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Proactive, resilient, highly organised and enjoys working in a fast-moving environment.
