Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead hands-on development of a new platform.
  • Provide ongoing support once the platform is live.
  • Deliver strong CMS solutions at scale using WordPress, Umbraco, or Drupal.
  • Implement high-traffic performance engineering techniques.
  • Manage API integrations and ensure compliance with accessibility standards.
  • Utilize Azure or AWS for cloud services and CI/CD workflows.

Key Skills:

  • Strong CMS delivery experience (WordPress multisite, Umbraco, or Drupal).
  • High-traffic performance engineering skills (CDN/caching, load testing).
  • Experience with API integrations and WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility.
  • Familiarity with Azure or AWS, CI/CD, and staging workflows.

- High-traffic performance engineering: CDN/caching, load testing, peak-demand resilience
- API integrations, WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility, Core Web Vitals
- Azure or AWS, CI/CD, staging workflows

- strong AI experience (eg Claude Code)

Nice to have:

- certification (eg Umbraco or Drupal);

- Salesforce/MuleSoft
