Senior Web Developer (Contract) - WordPress, Umbraco or Drupal

Summary: The role of Senior Web Developer involves leading the hands-on development of a new platform and providing ongoing support post-launch. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in CMS delivery at scale, performance engineering, and API integrations. Strong knowledge of cloud services and CI/CD workflows is essential, along with a solid background in AI technologies. Additional certifications and experience in Salesforce or DevOps are considered advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead hands-on development of new platform
• Provide ongoing support once the platform is live
• Deliver strong CMS solutions at scale using WordPress, Umbraco, or Drupal
• Implement high-traffic performance engineering strategies
• Manage API integrations and ensure accessibility compliance
• Utilize Azure or AWS for cloud services and CI/CD workflows

Key Skills:

• Strong CMS delivery experience (WordPress multisite, Umbraco, or Drupal)
• High-traffic performance engineering skills
• Experience with API integrations and WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility
• Knowledge of Azure or AWS, CI/CD, and staging workflows
