One of our government clients is looking for an experienced Senior Infrastructure Engineer to join them for a 6 month contract
Rate £610 per day INSIDE IR35- plus on call fee-weekday £50-weekend £100.
Our client is based near Milton Keynes - commutable from Northampton, East Midlands, Bedford, Luton or Central London. They are offering hybrid working, with 3 days per week onsite.
This role is working in a Security Cleared environment. You will need to be SC or DV (developed vetting) cleared or eligible to undertake SC or DV Security Clearance.
Experience Required:
The role supports various tiered systems within the VMWare skills and technology space. You will support a wider team of skilled technicians supporting various Government platforms and services.
You will need to skilled in various Broadcom technologies which form part of the current platform, work alongside the current team, support various services, skills needed include familiarity with:
- ESXI
- HA configuration
- vCenter
- vSan
- VCF
- NSX
- VMware Aria
On Call:
There will be a requirement for the individual to work a number of on-call shifts as part of this role covering standard Business As Usual (BAU) services.
A flat fee is payable for completing a 12 hour weekday shift (7pm - 7am) or 24 hour weekend or bank holiday shift (7.00am - 7.00am) whether the individual is called upon or not.
