Key Responsibilities:
- Lead configuration and troubleshooting of performance management solutions.
- Act as the primary technical contact with full ownership from a technical perspective.
- Support and troubleshoot solutions in a live production environment.
- Work within the software implementation lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, build, testing, and go-live.
- Mentor junior team members while performing investigations, root cause analysis, and defect resolution.
- Configure complex business scenarios within the Varicent platform.
- Develop technical solutions to new or highly complex problems.

Role: Varicent Developer/ Senior Varicent Developer
Location: Fort Mill, SC/NYC /San Diego CA/Remote (First preference for onsite, Hybrid model. In case of Remote they should be ready to travel to Fort Mill, SC whenever required. Remote is open for US based or relocate to US)
Type: Full Time/C2H/C2C (We are ok with any model)
Requirement:
Looking for a Varicent SME who can lead configuration and troubleshooting of performance management solutions to meet our client's business and technical requirements.
Candidate should have ELT experience in their past project.
In this role, the expectation is to act as the primary technical contact with full ownership from a technical perspective.
Responsibilities in this role also include supporting and troubleshooting solutions in a live production environment.
Additionally, you may also work within the software implementation lifecycle, from requirements gathering, design, build, testing and go-live
Principal Consultants will work as mentors to junior team members while carrying out the tasks to perform investigations, root cause analysis, and defect resolution.
Key expectations are to configure complex business scenarios within the Varicent platform and develop technical solutions to new or highly complex problems that cannot be solved using existing methods or approaches
Preferred profile should have 5+ years of configuration experience within the Varicent platform.
Strong external client facing experience and expert level communication skills including writing, listening and speaking.
