Summary: An experienced Senior UX Researcher / User Researcher is sought for a contract role in Leeds, focusing on enhancing user-centred digital services within a technology-driven organization. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead on end-to-end user research across discovery, alpha, beta, and live phases
- Plan, design, and deliver qualitative and quantitative research activities
- Translate user insights into clear, actionable recommendations
- Collaborate closely with product, design, and delivery teams
- Engage and influence senior stakeholders using evidence-led research
- Act as an advocate for user-centred design and research best practice
Key Skills:
- Proven experience as a UX Researcher or User Researcher
- Background working on customer or user-facing digital services
