Summary: The Senior UX Researcher role involves leading research initiatives to uncover customer needs and behaviors within key digital journeys. Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver qualitative and mixed-method UX research across digital products
  • Identify key research questions and select the most effective research approach
  • Work closely with product, design, CX, data, and stakeholders to inform decision-making
  • Conduct interviews, usability testing, concept testing, and journey research
  • Synthesise insights and translate findings into clear, practical recommendations
  • Support product discovery, design iteration, and journey improvements
  • Bring customer insight into prioritisation, design decisions, and product strategy
  • Balance research depth with speed and practicality in fast-paced teams

  • Strong experience in UX research within digital product environments
  • Proven ability to run end-to-end qualitative research
  • Excellent moderation, synthesis, and storytelling skills
