Summary: The role of Senior UX Interaction Designer involves leading design efforts within the Department for Education for a 6-month contract based in Glasgow.   • Apply strategic, user-centred design thinking: Align design with organisational goals, shape solutions using constraints, and contribute to design patterns.
  • Collaborate and lead within teams: Facilitate workshops, work across disciplines, manage stakeholders, and lead design activities while supporting others.
  • Use evidence-driven, iterative design practices: Analyse research and data, prototype and test ideas, and continuously improve designs in agile environments.
  • Plan and conduct user research effectively: Select appropriate methods, include diverse users, synthesise findings, embed insights into delivery, and manage research quality independently.

Key Skills:

  • Experience in UX design and interaction design principles.

On behalf of the Department for Education, we are looking for a Senior UX Interaction Designer Inside IR35 for a 6 months contract based Hybrid Glasgow

As a Senior UX interaction Designer, your main responsibilities will be:
