Summary: Talent Groups is seeking a Senior UX Designer to lead digital transformation initiatives for a leading consumer brand, focusing on mobile application modernization and enterprise design systems. The role requires strategic, hands-on design expertise to independently manage UX strategy, interaction design, and visual design efforts. Ideal candidates will have a passion for solving complex customer experience challenges and creating intuitive digital products. This position offers a hybrid working arrangement based in Las Vegas, NV.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead UX initiatives from discovery through delivery
- Define and communicate product vision and user experience strategy
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high fidelity designs
- Conduct user testing and translate research findings into actionable recommendations
- Facilitate workshops and collaborate closely with product and engineering teams
- Design intuitive customer facing digital experiences
- Contribute to the development of future AI enabled user experiences
Key Skills:
- 7+ years of UX Design, Product Design, or Experience Design experience
- Strong portfolio showcasing customer facing digital products
- Experience designing transactional, ecommerce, or booking experiences
- Expertise in UX strategy, interaction design, information architecture, and visual design
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing
- Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment
- Proficiency with Figma and other modern design tools

Talent Groups is seeking Senior UX Designers to support several upcoming digital transformation initiatives for a leading consumer brand. These projects include mobile application modernization, booking and reservation experiences, and enterprise design system development.
We are looking for strategic, hands on designers who can independently lead discovery, research, UX strategy, interaction design, and visual design efforts. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex customer experience challenges and creating intuitive, visually compelling digital products.
Responsibilities
