Summary: The Senior UX Designer (Freelance) role at Bejo seeks a hands-on design leader with a strong background in UI and visual design to create exceptional digital experiences for global clients. The position involves leading design projects, collaborating with stakeholders, and mentoring a design team. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead UI and visual design for advanced digital products, from concept to delivery
- Create high-fidelity design systems, interactions, and prototypes that set new standards
- Collaborate across disciplines and present ideas to C-level and senior stakeholders
- Drive and facilitate ideation sprints, workshops, and innovation labs
- Mentor and inspire the design team to achieve creative excellence
Key Skills:
- 5-7+ years of UI/visual design experience, with an outstanding digital portfolio
- Mastery of Figma, Adobe CC, and prototyping tools (Principle, Proto.io, etc.)
- Deep expertise in visual systems, interaction, motion, typography, and accessibility
- Experience leading or facilitating design sprints and workshops
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Self-organised with a passion for remote, agile teamwork
- Bonus: exposure to automotive, aviation, or high-tech digital product design
- Experience in the consulting industry is a plus
