Key Responsibilities:
- Convert design visions into optimized 3D models ready for software implementation.
- Collaborate with software and design teams to maintain technical accuracy and creative standards.
- Create models suitable for real-time animation and polished visual renders.
- Utilize 3D tools and animation techniques to produce high-quality assets.
- Ensure models are optimized for real-time usage and understand system limitations.
- Develop UV mapping, texture creation, and shaders for 3D assets.
- Maintain a high-quality portfolio demonstrating work and methods.
Key Skills:
- Proficient in 3D modeling tools such as Blender, 3dsmax, Maya, and Unreal.
- Experience with rendering tools like VRED or Vray.
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, After Effects, Illustrator).
- Experience in 3D design and modeling for real-time engines.
- Understanding of VFX and game engine fundamentals.
- Competent in rigging, modeling, optimizing, and animating 3D assets.
- Attention to detail and enthusiasm for collaboration with designers and developers.
- High-quality portfolio showcasing examples of work.

Duties:
- Experienced 3D artist with expert knowledge of 3D tools & Animation, able to convert design visions into working developed models that are optimised and ready for software implementation.
- You will be collaborating with software and design teams, acting as the go-between to realise the creative vision while maintaining technical accuracy and creative standards.
- You'll have the ability to create models suitable for real-time animation and usage, as well as highly polished visuals renders for use in various applications.
- Previous experience within a games developer or 3D production house experience creating products or vehicles
Skills:
- Proficient in some or all of the following modelling tools: Blender, 3dsmax, Maya, Unreal Proficient in rendering i.e. using vred or vray.
- Adobe creative suite (photoshop, after effects, illustrator, etc)
- Experience as a 3D designer, including 3d modelling for real time engines.
- Understand system limitations and capable of optimising real time models accordingly
- 3D animation UV mapping, texture creation & making shaders
- An understanding of vfx
- An understanding of the fundamentals and limitations of game engines
- Familiar with gltf and file troubleshooting
- Competent at rigging, modelling, optimising and animating 3D assets
- High quality portfolio with examples of your work and methods.
- Attention to detail and enthusiasm to work alongside designers and developers to achieve world class results that will be seen in our luxury vehicles.
