We are hiring for Senior User Researcher (GDS) Location : London Proven track record of taking digital services through formal GDS assessments across the full product lifecycle (Discovery, Alpha, Beta, and Live phases). Expert in choosing and executing diverse qualitative/quantitative research methods, turning raw data into actionable insights, and driving team consensus through collaborative data synthesis. Must be a dedicated Human-Centred Design (UCD) thinker focused on user empathy, rather than a traditional business analyst focused strictly on corporate requirements. Deep understanding of user diversity and the ability to design and conduct inclusive research that ensures services are fully accessible to all. Extensive experience working embedded within multidisciplinary Agile teams, collaborating closely with Product Managers, Content Designers, and Interaction Designers.
