Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead UX design across booking flows, checkout, and payment processes, minimizing drop-offs and optimizing conversions.
  • Explore new search experiences and ways to drive user engagement.
  • Improve cross-selling and up-selling opportunities within the eCommerce ecosystem.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and data teams to deliver user-centered, data-driven solutions.
  • Conduct user research, prototyping, and A/B testing to validate and refine designs.

  • Proven experience in eCommerce or transactional UX, preferably in travel or retail.
  • Strong portfolio showing measurable impact on conversions.

A leading travel client is seeking an experienced Senior UX Designer to drive conversion-focused eCommerce design across web and native app platforms. The role’s primary mission is to optimize booking flows, checkout, and cross/up-sell opportunities while improving overall search engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead UX design across booking flows, checkout, and payment processes, minimizing drop-offs and optimizing conversions.
  • Explore new search experiences and ways to drive user engagement.
  • Improve cross-selling and up-selling opportunities within the eCommerce ecosystem.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and data teams to deliver user-centered, data-driven solutions.
  • Conduct user research, prototyping, and A/B testing to validate and refine designs.

Requirements
