Key Responsibilities:
- Translate functional and technical requirements into intuitive, testable interaction designs.
- Use Figma to develop interaction flows, prototypes, and pixel-perfect components.
- Work within and improve the Design System by adding new patterns and refining usability.
- Partner with research teams to validate ideas through user testing and behavioral insight.
- Contribute to agile ceremonies and cross-functional design reviews with engineers and product owners.
Key Skills:
- Experience designing interfaces for embedded or complex systems (automotive, aviation, consumer electronics, etc.).
- Portfolio showcasing end-to-end UX process – from research and ideation to final delivery.
- Expertise with Figma, including prototyping, variants, auto layout, and component libraries.
- Confidence designing within and contributing to established Design Systems.
- Strong understanding of usability, accessibility, and behavior-driven design.
- Ability to clearly communicate design decisions to technical and non-technical audiences.
- A collaborative mindset – comfortable working in agile, multi-disciplinary teams.
