The role: Product Designer UI/UX/Figma (B2B SaaS Tech)Business: Global SaaS TechnologiesContract: 9 months - with a strong possibility of extension / potential to turn to a perm position (to start ASAP - max 4-6 weeks notice)Salary: 83k basic (DOE) + benefits PAYE, paid weekly, WITHIN IR35Location: Hybrid role (min 3 days per week - Tues to Thurs) in Edinburgh (EH11 postcode) ** Please note: You need to live within a commutable distance of Edinburgh to be considered at this stage; relocation is not an option **Relocation / sponsorship is not availableSnapshot of the role:To own product design, where you'll be responsible for designing user-driven features that help creators create, publish and share content onlineBuild a deep understanding of user behaviour to make autonomous decisions, backed up with quantitative and qualitative user researchEvaluate releases to ensure that goals are achieved / or identify reasons why these haven t been achieved, so further iterations can occurWork closely with the engineering team and Product Manager to find solutions to both business and user problems, solving these via product designPrototype ideas and get qualitative feedback from real users to validate conceptsCraft elegant solutions that are simple to understand and delightful to useAbout you:You ll have at least 5+ years within relevant, in-depth UX design experience; you ll be comfortable working within UX, and have a portfolio that demonstrates thisStrong experience designing applications, ideally SaaS productsStrong Figma skills required alsoYou'll have previous experience of working with product management & software engineersYou ll have the ability to map out user flows and journeys, to create a good understanding of a user s touchpoints and interactions, as well as experience of conducting user interviews and research studiesThe next step:Apply today with CV or LinkedIn profile for immediate review.
