- Contribute actively to continuous improvement of engineering processes
- Collaborate closely with Software and Firmware engineers to solve integration issues at the system level
- Utilise NI TestStand for test development and execution (TestStand experience is essential)
- Provide technical direction for design and guide the broader Test Equipment team (Dependent on Experience)
- Be accountable for key project deliverables (Dependent on Experience)
- Mentor, coach, and develop other engineers within the team (Dependent on Experience)
- Review engineering task estimates to optimise cost, timescales, and technical compliance (Dependent on Experience)
- Lead technical strategy and provide oversight to ensure successful completion of engineering work packages (Dependent on Experience)
- Engage with customers and users, acting as a domain expert to understand their requirements in the context of technical solutions (Dependent on Experience)

You will be involved in the design and development of test solutions across the full lifecycle—from requirements analysis, conceptual and detailed design, through procurement and manufacturing support, to integration, acceptance testing, and final delivery to the customer.
