Key Responsibilities:
- Define and implement QA principles within the workstream, aligned with programme strategy
- Collaborate with stakeholders to establish automation patterns and repeatable testing approaches
- Direct delivery teams to adopt QA practices and ensure high-quality test implementation
- Manage QA activities across teams, including reporting progress, risks, and compliance
- Produce project-level QA deliverables (test plans, reviews, completion reports)
- Lead risk mitigation for testing and provide coaching to delivery teams
- Work closely with Programme QA Lead, Service QA Leads, and Automation Lead to ensure consistent quality
Key Skills:
- Deep expertise in modern quality engineering practices
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
- Proficiency in CI/CD tools (GitLab pipelines)
- Knowledge of testing and automation tools (Playwright, WireMock, OWASP ZAP, Gatling)
- Strong understanding of databases (Oracle RDS, SQL, MongoDB)
- Familiarity with programming languages and frameworks (Java 21, Spring Boot/Spring Batch)

Technology EnvironmentCloud & Platform: HCP (Kubernetes-based) on AWS, with potential migration to Azure
Monitoring: Kibana, Grafana, Splunk, PagerDuty (transitioning to Dynatrace)
CI/CD: GitLab pipelines
Databases: Oracle RDS, SQL, MongoDB (limited use)
Languages & Frameworks: Java 21, Spring Boot/Spring Batch
Testing & Automation: Playwright, WireMock, OWASP ZAP (SAST, DAST, SCA), Gatling
Key Responsibilities
