Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical leadership across multiple CRM delivery work streams.
- Own test strategy and quality assurance for services built on Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Guide and mentor junior testers.
- Engage senior stakeholders and drive continuous improvement in testing practices.
- Design and implement test automation frameworks.
- Lead BDD practices and manage test management using Azure DevOps.
- Conduct advanced API and database testing.
- Create and maintain test strategies, plans, and quality assurance frameworks.
- Advise on resource planning and quality strategies for digital programmes.
- Ensure compliance with testing standards and regulations.
Key Skills:
- Extensive experience as a Senior Test Analyst or Test Lead in enterprise CRM programmes.
- Hands-on expertise in testing Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.
- Ability to design test automation frameworks using tools like Cypress and Selenium WebDriver.
- Experience leading BDD practices with Gherkin and Cucumber.
- Advanced knowledge of Azure DevOps for test management and defect tracking.
- Strong API testing experience using Postman and database testing with SQL Server.
- Experience in creating test strategies and governance documentation.
- ISTQB Test Manager certification or equivalent.
- Experience in government or public sector digital delivery environments.

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Test Analyst/Test Lead (SFIA Level 5) to join our team.
You will provide technical leadership across multiple CRM delivery work streams, owning test strategy and quality assurance for services built on Microsoft Dynamics 365. You will guide and mentor junior testers, engage senior stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement in testing practices across blended Agile delivery teams.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Extensive experience as a Senior Test Analyst, Test Lead, or equivalent role within complex enterprise CRM programmes.
- Deep hands-on expertise testing Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions across multiple project life cycles.
- Proven ability to design and implement test automation frameworks from scratch using tools such as:
- Cypress
- Selenium WebDriver
- Equivalent automation frameworks
- Strong experience leading BDD practices using:
- Gherkin
- Cucumber
- Similar BDD frameworks
- Advanced experience using Azure DevOps for:
- Test management
- Pipeline integration
- Defect tracking
- Reporting
- Advanced API testing experience using Postman.
- Strong database testing experience using SQL Server.
- Experience creating and maintaining:
- Test Strategies
- Test Plans
- Quality Assurance Frameworks
- Governance Documentation
- Demonstrated experience mentoring and developing junior testing professionals.

- ISTQB Test Manager certification (or equivalent), such as CSTM.

- Familiarity with C# plug-in development or JavaScript customisations within Dynamics 365 environments.
- Experience supporting security-focused testing and Information Technology Health Check (ITHC) activities.
