Summary: The Senior Test Analyst (SIT) role at Ten10 involves leading System Integration Testing for a critical logistics project, ensuring data flows between Salesforce, GCP, and legacy systems meet quality standards. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of comprehensive test plans, scripts, and acceptance criteria for user stories and requirements.
- Prepare and execute detailed test scripts for each software component to demonstrate business conditions and anticipated results.
- Maintain high quality and accuracy throughout the lifecycle up to software release, ensuring all work meets schedule and quality requirements.
- Identify, raise, and track system defects with precision and proactively escalate project risks.
- Work closely with developers to ensure the testability of new features and provide continuous feedback.
- Support the scoping and estimation of effort for user stories in the Product Backlog and provide project scheduling estimates.
- Perform end-to-end and system integration testing across Windows Software Applications and Database Applications.
- Support the transition and delivery within environments moving from Waterfall to Agile methodologies.
- Utilize Jira, Confluence, and Azure DevOps for test configuration, defect tracking, and collaboration.
Key Skills:
- 5+ years of experience in system, system integration, and user acceptance testing.
- Proven experience testing Windows Software and Database Applications using Salesforce, SAP (CPQ), GCP Big Query, and SQL Server.
- Proficiency in Jira and Azure DevOps; exposure to automated test tools such as Selenium or SOAP UI is highly desirable.
- Basic understanding of Kafka, Azure, GCP, and Java for integrated system troubleshooting.
- Experience working in Agile delivery (Scrum/Kanban); relevant certifications are a plus.
- A meticulous approach to quality and the ability to provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Previous experience within large-scale logistics or postal organizations is desirable.
- Hands-on exposure to automated testing frameworks.

The Role
Test Planning & Des ign: Assist in the preparation of comprehensive test plans, scripts, and acceptance criteria (Definition of Done) for user stories and requireme nts.
SIT Execut ion: Prepare and execute detailed test scripts for each software component to demonstrate business conditions and anticipated resu lts.
Quality Assura nce: Maintain high quality and accuracy throughout the lifecycle up to software release, ensuring all work meets schedule and quality requireme nts.
Defect & Risk Managem ent: Identify, raise, and track system defects with precision. Proactively escalate project risks, particularly those impacting complex data reconciliati ons.
Collaborat ion: Work closely with developers to ensure the testability of new features and provide continuous feedback to development teams and line manag ers.
Estimat ion: Support the scoping and estimation of effort for user stories in the Product Backlog and provide project scheduling estimates to Test Manag ers.
What You’ll Be Doing

Tool Manag ement: Ut ilize Jira, Confluence, and Azure DevOps (ADO) for test configuration, defect tracking, and collabor ation.
Key Skills & Exp erience
