Summary: The Senior Test Analyst role involves ensuring the successful testing and validation of CRM upgrade components, particularly within Microsoft Dynamics 365. The candidate will develop and execute test plans, collaborate with various stakeholders, and support end-users during UAT. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with extensive experience in software testing and CRM systems. The contract is fixed-term for 12 months with full-time hours.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, execute, and maintain comprehensive test plans and test cases for CRM upgrade projects.
  • Conduct functional, integration and regression testing to ensure seamless system performance.
  • Identify, document, and track defects using appropriate tools (e.g. Azure DevOps and JIRA).
  • Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into test cases.
  • Support end-users during UAT, gathering feedback and resolving issues.
  • Generate test reports and provide insights on test execution, coverage, and defects.
  • Work closely with deployment teams to validate releases in staging and production environments.

Key Skills:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in software testing, with a strong focus on CRM systems and Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, SDLC, and defect management.
  • Experience with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Postman, Cypress) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with API testing, SQL queries, and data migration testing.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, including customization, workflows, and integrations.
  • Ability to work in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
