Summary: The role of Senior Test Analyst involves leading quality assurance processes and defect management for a prestigious client. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of test plans, scripts, and acceptance criteria for user stories or requirements.
- Maintain high quality and accuracy throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Conduct analysis of multiple systems to understand solution requirements.
- Prepare and execute test scripts to validate business conditions and anticipated results.
- Ensure all work meets scheduling and quality requirements.
- Provide clear and timely feedback to development teams and test leads.
- Support scoping and provide effort estimates for user stories.
- Work collaboratively with developers to ensure features are testable and defects are resolved efficiently.
- Lead the defect triage process, prioritizing and managing defects to resolution.
- Mentor and guide more junior testers, ensuring best practices are followed.
- Act as a key point of contact for test-related activities, providing leadership and expertise to the wider team.
Key Skills:
- Proven track record of testing complex user and system interfaces.
- Strong experience with structured test methods and processes.
- Comprehensive knowledge of manual testing with some exposure to automated testing.
- Experience in testing Windows Software Applications and Database Applications.
- Experience with cloud technologies, specifically GCP (NiFi, BigQuery, Dag).
- Experience with SIT (System Integration Testing) across multiple networks.
- Strong data testing skills.
- Experience with collaboration tools such as ADO and Confluence.
- Experience working in Agile (Scrum & Kanban) and Waterfall methodologies.
- Experience working in a logistics or similar environment.
- Demonstrable experience in a senior or lead testing role.
- Expertise in defect management and leading defect triage sessions.

We have an exciting position for a Senior Test Analyst to work with one of Ten10's prestigious clients. This is a hybrid role, requiring you to be in the office 2-3 days a week.
