Senior Test Analyst - iManage/Litera CAM

Hybrid | Contract | August Start

I'm working with a leading international law firm looking for an experienced QA Test Analyst to support the Proof of Concept and implementation of Litera CAM as part of a major workspace governance programme.

This isn't a script execution role. You'll provide independent QA assurance, own the test approach, and play a key role in determining whether the solution is ready for production.

What you'll be doing

• Own the QA strategy and Azure DevOps test plan
• Design and execute test scenarios and test cases
• Review business and functional requirements alongside the BA team
• Log, manage and track defects
• Produce stakeholder reporting and risk assessments
• Deliver test closure reports and release readiness recommendations
• Validate integrations across the wider legal technology estate

You'll be testing

• Workspace provisioning and lifecycle management
• Client and matter workspace creation
• Metadata updates and database migrations
• Matter archiving and destruction
• Security permissions and governance
• Integrations with iManage, IntApp, Microsoft 365, Teams, Active Directory, FileShare and Security Policy Manager (SPM)

What we're looking for

Essential

Strong commercial experience testing iManage

Experience delivering Litera CAM implementations or migrations

Solid experience using Azure DevOps for test planning and defect management

Desirable

• Litera Milan experience
• Legal sector experience
• Workspace lifecycle management
• Microsoft Copilot or AI-assisted testing tools
