Summary: The role of Senior Technology Talent Acquisition Specialist involves managing the recruitment process for IT and tech roles within a leading global banking organization. The position requires fluency in Arabic and experience in high-volume recruitment, particularly in-house for larger matrix organizations. The successful candidate will collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to develop effective recruitment strategies. This is a 6-month contract position based in East London.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the hiring managers to manage the full recruitment process.
  • Source applicants, screen CVs, interview candidates and provide shortlists.
  • Partner with key stakeholders in the business and provide feedback.
  • Working closely with stakeholders to develop job descriptions and sourcing strategies.
  • Negotiate candidate offers.

Key Skills:

  • Experience recruiting in-house for a larger matrix finance organization.
  • Experience recruiting high-volume Tech & IT positions.
  • Experience using Workday ATS.
  • Can demonstrate experience recruiting senior hires.
  • Strong stakeholder management experience.
  • Can demonstrate end-to-end process management.
  • Fluent Arabic language.
