Summary: The Senior Technology Architect role involves leading requirements management and process design for large-scale projects within a hybrid work environment. Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive end-to-end requirements gathering, validation, and prioritization for large-scale projects.
  • Translate business needs into functional specifications, data models, and process flows.
  • Conduct AS-IS and TO-BE analysis for water utility processes (billing, CRM, asset management).
  • Identify gaps and propose innovative solutions aligned with industry best practices.
  • Facilitate workshops with senior stakeholders, regulators, and technical teams.
  • Act as liaison between business and IT, ensuring clarity and alignment.

Key Skills:

Lead Requirements Management:
