Key Responsibilities:

• Produce fully coordinated 3D models, schematic, general arrangement, and detailed drawings.
• Ensure high-quality CAD drawings in compliance with internal and customer standards.
• Provide technical mentoring to junior team members and support the development of Early Careers professionals.
• Manage Architectural CAD involvement in small to medium-sized projects, ensuring quality, cost, and timely delivery.
• Contribute to the discipline-specific CAD standards and review subcontractor drawings for technical compliance.

Key Skills:

• HNC or foundation degree in architectural technology, construction, or the built environment.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit 3D.
