Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to a team of developers in React.js, fostering their skills in building dynamic user interfaces and enhancing overall team productivity.
- Conduct comprehensive code reviews and establish quality assurance processes for React.js applications, ensuring adherence to best practices in performance optimization and coding standards.
- Ensure process compliance within the assigned module by participating in technical discussions and reviews, evaluating feasibility studies, identifying technical risks, and contributing to architecture best practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, preparing and submitting status reports to minimize exposure and facilitate timely closure of escalations related to React.js projects.
- Lead the design and implementation of reusable components and libraries in React.js, optimizing application performance and ensuring modularity for future scalability.
Key Skills:
