Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and support Linux RHEL environments and VCS Infoscale clusters.
- Collaborate with application and infrastructure teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Utilize DevOps tools such as Ansible, Jenkins, and Puppet for orchestration and configuration management.
- Develop and manage automation scripts in Python, Shell, and Puppet.
- Administer and maintain VMware virtualization environments.
- Troubleshoot and manage network configurations including TCP/IP, port management, and firewalls.
- Develop and integrate APIs, particularly using Mulesoft and Postman, and automate using Ansible Playbooks.
- Participate in stakeholder and delivery team meetings, providing insights and technical solutions.
- Proactively identify and resolve issues to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
- Promote and implement industry best practices within project workflows.
Key Skills:
- Proficient in RedHat, CentOS, SUSE, Ubuntu, and Oracle Linux administration.
- Strong Scripting capabilities: Bash/Shell, Python, Puppet.
- Experienced in VMware virtualization platforms.
- Understanding of networking fundamentals and OS-level security.
- Familiarity with Mulesoft and Postman for API development and testing.
