Summary: The Senior Technical Architect - Voice role at Justice Digital involves leading the design and architecture of enterprise voice solutions across the Ministry of Justice. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and architecture of enterprise voice solutions, analysing business requirements to develop technical solutions that meet them.
  • Definition of standards, best practices, and roadmaps for enterprise voice systems.
  • Collaborate with other technical areas such as networks, security, and platform teams to ensure that solutions are strategically aligned.
  • Evaluate current voice infrastructure, recommending improvements or new approaches and technologies where appropriate.
  • Liaise with vendors and suppliers and provide oversight to managed service provider solutions.
  • Act as the technical SME on project teams and serve as an escalation point for complex voice-related issues.
  • Develop and maintain architectural documentation.

This role aligns against Senior Technical Architect from the Government Digital and Data Framework.
