Key Responsibilities:
- Direct the design and implementation of engineering solutions across Software Engineering.
- Lead and guide the leadership team within Software Engineering for solution design.
- Supervise the lifecycle management approach for hardware systems.
- Prioritize the backlog for the technical architecture team, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to programme teams for architectural blueprints implementation.
- Direct the effective reuse of technologies across Arqiva’s products and platforms.
- Negotiate with the Head of Software Engineering regarding technology usage.
- Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to align solutions with goals.
- Manage relationships and communications across teams to encourage cross-functional understanding.
- Align technical architecture with Enterprise architecture for data solution strategy.
