The Role
As The Senior Technical Account Manager, You'll Lead technical authority across mechanical, electrical, controls and life safety systems.
Ensure statutory, mandatory and critical PPM requirements are consistently achieved.
Maintain resilience across HV/LV, UPS, generators, HVAC and critical infrastructure.
Lead technical risk management, incident investigations and root cause analysis.
Manage contract P&L, forecasting, margins, cost control and commercial performance.
Lead client governance, supplier performance and engineering improvement initiatives.
About You
To be successful as the Senior Technical Account Manager, you'll have:
At least five years' FM experience within critical or process manufacturing environments.
Proven contract management and senior technical leadership experience.
Technical qualification in Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical, Process or a related discipline.
Strong knowledge of statutory compliance, engineering risk and critical infrastructure.
Senior-level budget management and commercial accountability experience.
ILM or CMI Level 5 qualification.
Experience within semiconductor or similarly high-risk technical environments would be advantageous.
