Summary: BOOSTA is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner for 6 to 12 month fixed-term contracts, with potential for permanent placement. The role involves managing the recruitment process for tech-focused positions, building relationships with senior stakeholders, and improving clients' hiring strategies. The position is available in London, Bristol, or remote, and aims to support high-growth companies in their talent acquisition efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the end to end recruitment process with clients
- Building relationships with senior stakeholders to create hiring strategies and talent pipelining
- Partnering with clients to understand their hiring requirements and challenges
- Setting up/improving and delivering clients’ recruitment processes
- Sourcing via a range of channels
- Managing multiple job vacancies and responding to applications
- Engaging passive candidates through various sourcing methods
- Delivering reports and feedback to clients based on data
- Analysing data with clients to improve their talent lifecycle processes
- Managing the offer process including extending offers and ensuring contracts are generated
- Onboarding candidates into the business
Key Skills:
- Experience from an embedded or RPO background
- Proactive approach to sourcing
- Experience in an in-house recruitment function or MSP/RPO
- Ability to manage senior stakeholders and the entire recruitment process
- Capability to deliver high-quality candidates quickly
- Understanding of the importance of reporting and feedback
- Experience hiring tech roles

BOOSTA is looking for tech focused talent partners to join the team. We currently have a number of upcoming projects with clients so will have roles available in London, Bristol or remote.

Talent Acquisition Partner Role:
- Managing the end to end recruitment process with our clients
- Building relationships with senior stakeholders to create hiring strategies and talent pipelining
- Partnering with clients understand their hiring requirements and challenges to find solutions
- Setting up/ improving and delivering a clients’ recruitment process
- Sourcing via a range of channels
- Managing multiple job vacancies and responding to applications
- Engaging passive candidates through traditional or innovative sourcing methods as well as utilising your own networks
- Delivering reports and feedback to clients based on data
- Analysing this data with your client to advise on and improve their processes in their talent lifecycle
- Managing the offer process including extending offers and ensuring contracts are generated
- Onboarding candidates into the business
Preferred Experience:
Our ideal candidate would be someone from an embedded or RPO background who takes a proactive approach to sourcing. Experience of working within an in-house recruitment function or a Managed Service Provider/Recruitment Process Outsourcer (MSP/RPO) Managed senior stakeholders and managed the whole recruitment process Ability to deliver high quality candidates at speed for a client Understanding the importance of providing your clients with reporting and feedback Experience hiring tech roles
