Summary: This role is for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at a new Private Equity backed Professional Services firm, focusing on supporting the Chief People Officer during a significant scale-up phase. The position involves managing the end-to-end recruitment process for 100-150 roles within a year, ensuring a positive candidate experience. The ideal candidate will have a background in Professional Services, preferably from a BIG 4 environment, and will be instrumental in developing best practices for recruitment. This is an initial contract with the potential for permanent placement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End to end management of the recruitment cycle.
  • Hiring for 100-150 roles within a 12-month period.
  • Liaising with partners, board, and leaders on crucial hires.
  • Supporting in job brief creation through to interview stages.
  • Managing the candidate cycle in coordination with agencies.
  • Coordinating recruitment processes from liaising with agencies to booking interviews and extending offers.
  • Supporting the CPO in developing best practice recruitment processes.

Key Skills:

  • Experience in Professional Services, ideally in a BIG 4 environment.
  • Proven track record of managing the end-to-end candidate cycle.
  • Experience in driving best practices for candidate journeys.
  • Experience in sourcing candidates.
  • Background in consulting, CFO, or Tax practice.
