Summary: The Senior Talent Acquisition Coordinator at NATS is responsible for managing high-volume recruitment campaigns and providing guidance to hiring managers. This role involves leading continuous improvement projects to enhance recruitment practices and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The position also focuses on attracting a diverse talent pool and supporting employer branding initiatives. The role is a 12-month fixed-term contract with flexible working arrangements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage internal and external recruitment campaigns in line with defined SLAs.
  • Provide advice and guidance to hiring managers and business stakeholders.
  • Support the Specialist Recruitment Manager in delivering recruitment best practices.
  • Develop relationships with designated business areas.
  • Champion candidate experience to ensure positive impressions of NATS.
  • Attract a diverse talent pool and support employer branding projects.
  • Lead aspects of the recruitment D&I action plan.
  • Assist with high-volume recruitment campaigns such as Trainee Air Traffic Controller and Early Careers.
  • Lead assessment centres following NATS methodologies.
  • Maintain applicant data and provide accurate business information.
  • Manage onboarding activities including offer paperwork and background referencing.

Key Skills:

  • Experienced recruiter with knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes.
  • Understanding of GDPR compliance in recruitment.
  • Sound IT skills and experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Data-driven with confidence in producing reports for stakeholders.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to exercise discretion and confidentiality.
  • Strong teamwork skills and a passion for high recruitment standards.
  • Experience running assessment centres is highly desirable.
  • Understanding of recruitment legislation and best practices.

Salary (Rate): £45,511.00
