Summary: The Senior Tableau BI Specialist role is focused on leading the design, development, and optimization of Business Intelligence solutions within a telecom environment. The position requires collaboration with various stakeholders to create and implement Tableau-based analytics platforms that support data-driven decision-making. The successful candidate will possess advanced Tableau skills and a strong background in SQL and data warehousing. This is a hybrid role based in London Paddington, with a contract duration of 6 months and an inside IR35 status.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and optimization of enterprise-grade Business Intelligence solutions.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, analytics engineers, data engineers, and leadership teams.
- Architect governed BI ecosystems and drive enterprise-wide adoption of Tableau-based solutions.
- Deliver secure, scalable, and high-performance analytics platforms.
- Gather requirements and deliver business-aligned analytics solutions.
- Mentor or lead junior team members.
Key Skills:
- Advanced expertise in Tableau Desktop, Tableau Cloud, and Tableau Prep Builder.
- Strong SQL proficiency with experience in complex querying and performance optimization.
- Deep understanding of data warehousing principles and dimensional modeling.
- Experience handling large-scale telecom or enterprise datasets.
