Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and support infrastructure solutions in IBM System z environments.
• Collaborate with IT teams for seamless integration of mainframe platforms.
• Develop and maintain documentation for IT infrastructure processes.
• Perform database administration and management of z/OS, DB2, CICS, MQ, and related utilities.
• Handle system configuration, installation, security setup, performance tuning, and backup/recovery.
• Support application teams with database administration and performance analysis.
• Implement compliance standards and conduct regular system compliance reviews.
• Proactively assess vulnerabilities and resolve complex system problems.
• Manage Incident, Problem, Change, and Release Management processes via ServiceNow.
• Oversee vendor management for quality delivery and implementation.

Key Skills:

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or IT-related disciplines.
• At least 7 years of experience with z/OS, DB2, CICS, and MQ.
• Experience with VTL infrastructure, CA1, CA7, and Endevor is advantageous.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive attitude with good interpersonal and presentation skills.
