Summary: My client in Greater London is seeking a Senior Systems & Data Analyst on a contract basis to support the Families First Programme, which aims to transform children's services. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the configuration, development, and optimisation of the Mosaic Casework Management System to align with redesigned service processes
- Translate business requirements into system solutions, ensuring usability, efficiency, and compliance
- Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, reports, and data models to support programme delivery and performance tracking
- Work closely with the Families First Programme team to support service redesign and transformation initiatives
Key Skills:
- Extensive experience in a similar role
- Significant experience working as a Systems Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role within complex environments
- Proven experience configuring or supporting case management systems (e.g. Mosaic or similar social care systems)
- Local Authority experience is essential
