Summary: My client in Greater London is seeking a Senior Systems & Data Analyst on a contract basis to support the Families First Programme, which aims to transform children's services. The role involves leading the configuration and optimization of the Mosaic Casework Management System and translating business requirements into effective system solutions. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the configuration, development, and optimisation of the Mosaic Casework Management System to align with redesigned service processes
- Translate business requirements into system solutions, ensuring usability, efficiency, and compliance
- Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, reports, and data models to support programme delivery and performance tracking
- Work closely with the Families First Programme team to support service redesign and transformation initiatives
Key Skills:
- Extensive experience in a similar role
- Significant experience working as a Systems Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role within complex environments
- Proven experience configuring or supporting case management systems (e.g. Mosaic or similar social care systems)
- Local Authority experience is essential
