Senior Systems Analyst Banking

We are supporting a global financial consultancy.

Daily Rate: 383.15 Inside IR35
Duration: 6 months
Location: Manchester, hybrid, 20% office (2 days per week in Manchester)

Job description:
1. The Systems analyst will be responsible for interpreting business requirements and writing IT requirements for new systems. They will be expected to exam as is systems to produce specification documents for the new or modified systems as part of the solution. They will work closely with a team including Business SMEs, Architecture, Developers (where necessary), testing and business Analysts.
2. The individual will be expected to be able to develop UML sequence diagrams.
3. Peer Review SA Deliverables for all SA (recent examples IT Requirements and Data Mapping document)
4. Direct escalation and provides support to all SAs across multiple workstreams for queries / direction etc.
5. Providing guidance on bank processes for getting new templates approved internally to then use with 3rd party (Done)
