Key Responsibilities
- Run, review, and maintain payroll costing model, identifying and resolving anomalies when required
- Troubleshoot data, system, and costing issues to ensure accuracy and reliability
- Provide 3rd line support to finance users on system-related queries
- Develop and maintain reports using Business Objects / Crystal Reports (or similar BI tools)
- Support Civica Financials (or equivalent ERP systems)
- Use advanced Excel (macros/VBA) for analysis, automation, and problem-solving
Requirements
- Strong experience in Public Sector finance systems roles
- Proven background in payroll costing and finance systems support
- Experience with iTrent (or similar payroll systems)
- Knowledge of Business Objects, Crystal Reports, Civica Financials (or similar)
- Advanced Excel (VBA/macros) skills
